Just started circulating another job spec for a Product Manager to lead our Video Syndication efforts at Google. Besides Google's recruiting resources, i usually post to LinkedIn, alumni boards, etc.
I saw the posting on LinkedIn. I'd be curious to know if the quality of the applicants you get from LinkedIn are better, worse or equal to those from other sources.
i'd say that the responses are better than open posting to job boards etc but not a slam dunk - lots of people who have good experience but not for the role.
