Not only is it unsafe while your driving but it could even be dangerous when you're parked. If you live in Boston and leave it on when you park your car, the police might blow your car up. As we all know, LED signs are considered to be part of a terrorist plot (in Boston anyways).

Sure, because nothing pacifies an agitated driver behind you like calling him an idiot or telling him to back off IN FESTIVE LIGHTS...
This is as cool as putting a neon light around the bottom edge of your car so that it rides on a "glow" as you drive.
