Ever wonder if Pac Heights is the SF equivalent of the Upper East Side? This handy guide takes a stab at equating some of NY's hood with their sister geography in San Francisco. I've gotta disagree w/ the Noe Valley = Upper West Side - it's Park Slope no doubt.
